Experience and perspective

Since 2011, I’ve been working in financial planning client service and operations roles, supporting advisers and their clients across superannuation, investments, insurance, SMSFs, and broader strategy.

Most recently, I’ve been focused on specialist consulting work, working with some of the best financial advice practices around the country to on process improvement and project management.

Across both advice firms and consulting roles, I’ve seen how much peace of mind comes from the “behind the scenes” being done well: Clear communication, strong attention to detail, and making progress step‑by‑step (especially when life is already demanding a lot).

Role at Lume Wealth

At Lume, I look after client services and the projects that keep our advice process running smoothly.

That means coordinating the moving parts after meetings for our new clients. Coordinating, onboarding, paperwork, liaising with providers, keeping timelines on track, and making sure you always know what’s happening next and what (if anything) we need from you.

I also work on improving the way we do things internally, so your experience feels simpler, faster, and more consistent over time.

Life outside of Lume Wealth

Outside of work, I’m an adventurer at heart. That’s may be exploring nature with my son and dog, getting lost in an epic fantasy saga, or bringing new life (and maybe killing something…) to my garden. I have a soft spot for animals, a deep love for my close-knit circle of family and friends, and a natural pull toward the unconventional.
