We’re looking for an experienced paraplanner who takes pride in precision, anticipates what’s needed next, and owns outcomes end‑to‑end.
Adviser
If you’re an adviser who aligns with our standards and mindset, we’re open to expressions of interest. (Even if timing isn’t perfect today, we’d rather meet great people early.)

What you’ll be equipped with

The above have been carefully selected to ensure the best possible client experience first, followed by the best possible daily team experience. Whilst some of these tools will take time to learn, you’ll be learning the best mix available in advice today.
Leadership and mentoring
You’ll work closely with Principal Adviser Morgan and General Manager Patrick, both experienced leaders within the profession.
Flexibility and location
We’re based in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane.
Our standard rhythm is:
- In-office: Mondays and Wednesdays, remote work the other days.
- Location flexibility: We strongly value being able to come together in person, but we value the right team member over the right geography for roles that enable it.

An experienced team
For all new hires (other than Graduate roles), we strongly prefer:
- Minimum five years Australian financial advice experience, or
- Two years Australian financial advice sector experience plus five years adjacent-sector experience (e.g. accounting, legal, banking, overseas advice).
If you’re earlier in your career and you’re exceptional, you’re still welcome to reach out if you:
