How long has Lume Wealth been operating?

Lume Wealth was founded by Morgan Hayward, who has been advising clients for over a decade. The business has grown steadily and operates across two locations in Queensland.

How many clients do you work with?

We deliberately keep our client base at a size where every client gets genuine attention. You won’t be passed around or left waiting. When you’re a Lume Wealth client, you have a real relationship with your adviser.

I’ve had a bad experience with a financial adviser before. How is Lume Wealth different?

Sadly, we’ve heard this before. The most common complaints people share are feeling like a number, not understanding what they were paying for, or receiving advice that didn’t seem tailored to them. Our approach is the opposite: fixed transparent fees, plain English communication, and advice built around your specific situation. We’d rather you ask us hard questions upfront than feel uneasy later.

Where are you located, and do I need to come into the office?

We have offices in Fortitude Valley and Surfers Paradise, and we’re happy to meet in person. That said, many of our clients work with us entirely online, and we’re set up to make that experience just as personal and effective.
