Instructions
Your MyFinance Hub is a great place to store:
- Our written advice documents (titled Statement of Advice or Record of Advice);
- Wills
- Powers of Attorney
- Trust deeds
- Contracts
- Registration documents
- Certificates of insurance
We’ll add these documents to your hub from time to time, but can also store documents you’d like retrievable here at your request.
To access the documents we have stores, please follow the below steps.
Steps
- Log in to the MyFinance Hub here.
- Click MESSAGES AND DOCUMENTS in the top right of the screen.
- Click Inbox.
- Access your different messages, and scroll down to see any ATTACHMENTS towards the bottom of each message.

If you would like new documents stored that aren’t available already, click Compose and upload the document to a new message (Instructions here if needed). We’ll get it stored in the right spot for you.
