Secure messaging and important documents, kept in one place
The MyFinance Hub gives you a place to message us privately and share documents in a dedicated portal, so important information is not scattered across vulnerable inboxes and attachments. Our communications, the advice we’ve provided, and key reference documents (e.g. wills, trust deeds, property contracts) can be kept together in one place.

MyFinance Hub
The MyFinance Hub is designed for financial advice clients and built on enterprise-grade portal technology used widely in the Australian advice industry.
A few practical points that matter:
- Access is controlled via your own login, so information is not sitting in an email inbox.
- The connection is encrypted (you will see https in the address).
- The underlying technology is supported by a provider with an information security management framework independently certified to ISO 27001, which is a globally recognised security standard.
Security is also a shared responsibility. We recommend using a strong password, keeping it private, and contacting us if anything looks unusual.
That can happen, and it is normal.
Product provider portals often show the latest transactions and pricing first. Consolidated reporting tools can lag due to end-of-day processing, pricing cut-offs, and third-party data feeds.
If you need the most up-to-date transactional details, the product provider portal and statements are the source of truth. The MyFinance Hub is designed to give you a secure, consolidated view and a smoother way to communicate with us.
It is useful for documents we prepare for you, and also for documents you want kept centrally.
Common examples include:
- Estate planning documents (copies)
- Trust deeds
- Company documents (for example certificates of incorporation)
- Insurance policies and schedules
- Property related documents (for example contracts and settlement paperwork)
- Key correspondence and reports
- We recommend keeping original signed documents stored safely. The portal is ideal for copies and working documents that you want easy access to.
No. It is optional.
We recommend it because it is the most secure way to share documents and communicate about sensitive topics, and it helps keep everything organised between meetings.
We’re in the process of introducing the MyFinance Hub to all our clients. If you haven’t received access yet and would like to try it out, please contact us and let us know.
Email is convenient, but it is not built for sensitive information. Messages can be misaddressed, forwarded, or end up sitting in multiple inboxes and devices.
With the MyFinance Hub, private messages and documents stay behind a secure login. That reduces risk, and it also keeps everything easier to track in one place.
We still use email sometimes when it makes sense, but for secure communication and document sharing, the portal is the better default.
