Steps
- Click MY ACCOUNT in the top right of the screen.
- Click Change security questions

- Nominate your first and second security questions, and click Continue.
- You will see a notification in the bottom right noting Your security questions have been set.
Once you have your security questions set, you’re able to access your portal even if you forget your password. If you still can’t access your Lume Wealth MyFinance Hub, you can always call us during business hours on 0494 113 524, or contact us here and we’ll be in touch as soon as we’re able.
