Jacqueline Barton

BBus (Marketing), MTeach Brand and Experience Manager

Where attention to detail meets client experience.

Experience and perspective

I have worked in financial services since 2017, starting in administration and reception before moving into marketing and operations. Over time, my focus shifted toward brand and operations. Before joining Lume, I worked as an operations and brand lead for a consulting firm that supported financial advice practices.

That mix of front-of-house, marketing, and operational experience gives me a grounded perspective on how a practice actually runs, and what it takes to build something that feels consistent and considered from the outside.

In 2025, I was shortlisted for the Women in Finance Marketing Professional of the Year award.

Role at Lume Wealth

I have worked with Morgan since 2023 across brand, marketing, operations, and website delivery. My role is to support the entire team so they can focus on advice, while helping the brand grow and delivering premium resources to clients.

In practice, that means keeping the behind-the-scenes work tidy so every client touchpoint feels polished and purposeful.

How this benefits you

Your experience with financial advice is shaped by more than the advice itself. The way information is presented, the resources available to you, and the consistency of every interaction all contribute to how supported and confident you feel as a client.

My role is to make sure those parts are done well; Lume communicates clearly, your journey feels considered, and the resources you receive are polished and genuinely useful.

When the groundwork is handled properly, you spend less time deciphering and more time feeling informed and looked after.

Life outside of Lume Wealth

Outside of work, I spend my time playing netball, going for runs, and enjoying a good board game. I am a proud Broncos supporter and love attending games with my partner.
