Morgan Hayward
Master of Applied Finance (Financial Planning) Director and Financial AdvisorI’ve always been the type to roll up my sleeves and really dig into the nitty-gritty details. With years of navigating the real challenges of running a business and managing complex finances, I know what it’s like to wrestle with tricky accounting and unravelling complex financial knots.
Having grown up watching my parents struggle financially, I’m deeply committed to protecting my clients from similar outcomes. If only my parents had received guidance at key points, their situation could have been very different.
I find the rebuilding phase incredibly rewarding.
I’ve been through a divorce myself – starting over and rebuilding. That experience lit a fire in me to help others avoid financial pitfalls and gain control of their money.
I’m all about empowering you to make informed choices aligned with what’s important to you (not anyone else).
I actively volunteer with pro bono programs because I believe everyone deserves access to good financial advice.
In my spare time, you’ll find me salsa dancing, travelling the world, and encouraging my clients to spend on their passions. I tell them to cut back on the extras so they can pursue what lights them up.
I hold industry-leading qualifications, including a Master’s degree.
In 2022 & 2023, I was honoured to be named in Financial Standard’s Power 50, recognising the most influential financial advisers in Australia.
Additionally, I was a National Finalist for the AFA Female Excellence in Advice Awards. As an active and passionate member of the financial planning community, and am currently serving on four FAAA committees ‘, I am committed to shaping the future of the advice industry every day.
I love what I do. It’s deeply rewarding to help find solutions to people’s problems and putting them in a better position.
