Tiana Gibson

Advice Associate

I get into the detail, so your advice is clear, practical, and ready to act on.

Experience and perspective

I’ve worked in financial planning since 2019 across client service, paraplanning, and team leadership roles, supporting advisers and clients through the full advice process.

A lot of my experience has been in the detail: preparing advice, building financial models, reviewing strategies, coordinating implementation, and making sure the work behind the scenes lines up with the advice clients ultimately receive.

That detail matters. In financial advice, the quality of the thinking behind the recommendation directly affects how clear, useful, and practical the advice feels. My role is to look closely at the moving parts, test the assumptions, and help make sure nothing important is missed.

Role at Lume Wealth

At Lume, I work as an Advice Associate, supporting the preparation and delivery of high-quality advice.

My role sits right in the middle of the advice process. I’m involved from the early discovery and strategy stages through to modelling, advice preparation, and presentation support.

A big part of my work is the deep dive: understanding your position, exploring the options available, working through the technical detail, and helping shape advice that is clear, considered, and ready to put into action.

How this benefits you

Good advice should not leave you feeling like you need to translate it before you can use it.

When the preparation is done properly, the advice is easier to understand, easier to compare, and easier to implement. You can see what is being recommended, why it matters, and what needs to happen next.

My role is to help make that possible by doing the detailed work behind the scenes, so your advice is not just technically sound, but practical, organised, and useful in real life.

Life outside of Lume Wealth

Outside of work, I love travelling and am currently studying Japanese, with the goal of becoming fluent.

I’m always looking for ways to improve, both professionally and personally, so I’m usually reading, learning something new, or planning the next thing to get curious about.
