Instructions
Now that you have access to the Lume Wealth MyFinance Hub, this page will help you get the most from the hub.
Most clients use it for secure messaging and document sharing, and as a simple way to check key snapshots between meetings.
If you prefer to call us or email for day-to-day communication, that is still welcome. We recommend the hub when the topic is sensitive, or when documents are involved, because it keeps everything secure and easy to find later. It’s also great when you want a clear snapshot of what we manage for you.

What to use it for
- Secure messages with us, especially when the topic is sensitive.
- Sharing documents without relying on email attachments.
- Keeping your key documents together, including documents we prepare for you and copies of documents you want stored centrally.
- Checking snapshots of your portfolio under our management and your balance sheet as at our last update.
What it is not intended for
- Urgent matters. If something is time sensitive, please call us.
- A replacement for provider portals. Investment platform or other financial product portals and statements will often show the most up-to-date transaction details first.
- A live tracker of every life change. Some information updates regularly, other information is only refreshed when we update your records (often at review time).
- Storing originals. Please keep your original signed documents stored safely. The portal is ideal for digital copies.
Quick start
1) Log in
Log in at lumewealth.myfinance-hub.com.au using the details provided to you.
Please note: The team at Lume Wealth will never ask for your password. If you are ever unsure, call a Lume Wealth team member you know or our main line on 0494 113 524.
2) Set your security questions (recommended)
After your initial login, we recommend setting security questions. This helps protect your account and can help with verification if you ever need support accessing the portal.
How to set your security questions
3) Send us a message and upload a document
The best way to get comfortable is to use it once. Send us a quick message, and attach a document if you have one handy.
4) Know what to expect
- If we send you a portal message, you will receive an email letting you know you have a message waiting.
- The portal is designed to keep sensitive messages and documents behind a secure login.
- If something looks missing, out of date, or incorrect, please contact us and we will check it with you. We take a best efforts approach, but the portal depends on third-party data and the records we hold.
- Lume Wealth will never ask you for your password.
5) Bookmark it
We recommend bookmarking the login page at https://lumewealth.myfinance-hub.com.au/ in your browser so it is easy to return to. If you forget, you can always access it via the Lume Wealth website footer.
FAQs
MyFinance Hub
The MyFinance Hub is designed for financial advice clients and built on enterprise-grade portal technology used widely in the Australian advice industry.
A few practical points that matter:
- Access is controlled via your own login, so information is not sitting in an email inbox.
- The connection is encrypted (you will see https in the address).
- The underlying technology is supported by a provider with an information security management framework independently certified to ISO 27001, which is a globally recognised security standard.
Security is also a shared responsibility. We recommend using a strong password, keeping it private, and contacting us if anything looks unusual.
That can happen, and it is normal.
Product provider portals often show the latest transactions and pricing first. Consolidated reporting tools can lag due to end-of-day processing, pricing cut-offs, and third-party data feeds.
If you need the most up-to-date transactional details, the product provider portal and statements are the source of truth. The MyFinance Hub is designed to give you a secure, consolidated view and a smoother way to communicate with us.
It is useful for documents we prepare for you, and also for documents you want kept centrally.
Common examples include:
- Estate planning documents (copies)
- Trust deeds
- Company documents (for example certificates of incorporation)
- Insurance policies and schedules
- Property related documents (for example contracts and settlement paperwork)
- Key correspondence and reports
- We recommend keeping original signed documents stored safely. The portal is ideal for copies and working documents that you want easy access to.
No. It is optional.
We recommend it because it is the most secure way to share documents and communicate about sensitive topics, and it helps keep everything organised between meetings.
We’re in the process of introducing the MyFinance Hub to all our clients. If you haven’t received access yet and would like to try it out, please contact us and let us know.
Email is convenient, but it is not built for sensitive information. Messages can be misaddressed, forwarded, or end up sitting in multiple inboxes and devices.
With the MyFinance Hub, private messages and documents stay behind a secure login. That reduces risk, and it also keeps everything easier to track in one place.
We still use email sometimes when it makes sense, but for secure communication and document sharing, the portal is the better default.
